File will not work... There are 4 smaller heads inside the main the main print. Unable to Print this file. I have seen this mentioned prior in the comments but saw it was fixed? My download did the exact same thing as the previous poster

Hi I just purchased " Pet House, Cat, Hamster, Guinea Pigs, small pet" and the file is broken, Flashprint cannot repair or open this. I opened it in Polarcloud and there are 4 x small cat heads within the main Pet House body, like floating in there. Can this be fixed or refunded? I can't use this at all...

Please reply, there is some major issues with this file, I'd like a fixed file or full refund! I cannot edit this file and fix it myself..

The files should be no problem, it was check by system and preview the file, however I will check the file. Thanks

I tried to re download, the issue remains the same, there are 4 x solid looking little cat heads inside the main head floating mid way

Hi TomasPear , thanks of purchase. the files only available in STL in cults.

You can adjust the enlarge the stl file in printer software (cura, slicer etc) ,
enlarge or
reduce(recommended within 80%- to maintain thickness (for kids))

Soon will update v1.01 ( will add another version with easier deform at nose bone area)
will send public notification for download.
