Hi! I picked up your Inn Wagon, absolutely love the print, it's amazing. Only question I have is where do I go to find the Bison Mounts? The description of the file says it includes them but I can't find them in the files. Am I missing something, or do I need to pick them up elsewhere? Love the Wagon though!

Hello, I'm French. I bought the biker lion. Once the file was processed on Chitubox and then transferred to a USB drive, it was impossible to output it to my Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16k 3D printer. Do you have a solution, please?
Greetings. Thank you for your support. This seems an issue with the usb drive. Is the slicing ends ok the issue will be when the file is transferred to the usb.
Have you tried with another USB drive?
Yes, I also sent the file via WiFi to the printer after cutting.

we hope you enjoy the miniature. We do not provide assembled files, but you can use a slicer like flashforge where you can assemble the slt parts.

Hello. I purchased your Clockwork Horror stl package. The package comes with three images but none of the images show the back of the model. Are you able to provide me an image of the back? I’m have a hard time figuring out which arm goes to which port.
Alternatively, can you tell me the order of the ports? The arms are numbered, and I can tell they start from left to right, looking at the back, but I can’t tell which number represents the lower middle port.

Unfortunately we do not have it as a single file.
I see that you made some a doom pinky. Do you know if you could make a prowler (from doom eternal)? Finding one that is not a game rip is proving to be very difficult.

Thanks for the suggestion, if a future theme allows it, we can possibly make such a miniature. But you can browse our collection probably you will find something that will fit as a Prowler.
