Hi just purchased your Maid Marion (Disney 1973) but the download is just a .rar which I can't open - is this a glitch? The Robin Hood stls downloaded no problem in a zip file by comparison!
.rar fiels can be open with wirnar is the same thing as zip file but for the sotware winrar, but i fixed the file anyways and added .zip

Hello. I just bought the Sally - The Nightmare Before Christmas (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/sally-the-nightmare-before-christmas-sillytoys) and wanted to open the files in Blender (2.7 and 4.5) to check out the quality. Nothing appears in the viewpoint. I am very disappointed.
I tried that and it didn't work. Apparently, the file got corrupted while downloading. I will try again at another time.

Hi. I just bought "Minnie Mouse Pink Polka Dress" and it has 2 issues: first, she has no tail. second, the files do not allow proper painting using the slicer. I really wanted the painted version, so it has no use for me. Could you kindly refund this?

Hello, I just bought a Zip of Top Cat, but I can't use the files. It wasn't really clear on the listing and I couldn't figure out if the files were separate for each character as in Print each color of each character and then glue them together (Multi-Color) but these files are for Painting and we don't paint here. I need STL's for each color of each character. If you don't mind could you please refund this? I assure you we won't even be using these files.

Wait these are all paint print files? not multi color compatible?
None of my files are multi color, it never said it was, on the "3D design format" field after clicking in the arrow it shows the list of files of the model in STL, and on the pictures, aways the last picture shows the model unpainted and separated in a way that is not multicolor pieces.
understood - I'm going to rebuy both Stitch & Angel files from you - i have someone who is going to help me separate the files for color splicing but i also don't want to send your files to anyone without you getting the $. Is that ok?
For your Stitch and Angel prints, what are the different color types you picked for the blues and pinks? I am trying to make sure the prints are correct for this birthday party (my daughter wanted to give them as party favors) and i am wanting to make sure i get the filament before buying the file from you :)

I bought Olaf from Frozen and I don't know how to print it. The individual pieces don't have any flat surfaces. I can print it with support, but the result probably won't be great. How did you envision it?

I downloaded the dough boy I am unable to color and print the pillsbury logo on his hat which was main reason I bought the model to begin with which makes model useless to me. I planned on printing the whole model with a bambu printer but even after manually coloring logo for an hour its not going to print legible.
Yes the logo was put there just in case someone prints it in a very large size, otherwise tiny details aways dissapear in any models that has tiny letters or details
