Hi! Open the .step file in the slicer and export it as an .stl file. Additionally, I have now uploaded an .stl file next to the .step file that you can download. Please let me know whether you were able to resolve the issue or not.

That’s because you purchased the gold-colored variation, which is clearly indicated both in the title and in the description.
