El problema no está relacionado con el modelo, sino que parece deberse al servidor o al sistema de descargas de Cults3D. He probado descargar el Stegosaurus desde otra cuenta y no ha presentado ningún inconveniente. Además, otros clientes ya me han reportado este mismo fallo, por lo que me he comunicado con el soporte de Cults3D para intentar resolverlo lo antes posible.

Por el momento, hasta recibir una respuesta de Cults, solo puedo sugerirte que intentes lo siguiente, ya que a veces funciona:

Cierra sesión en Cults3D

Vuelve a iniciar sesión

Intenta descargar el modelo nuevamente

En cuanto tenga una respuesta del soporte de Cults3D, te mantendré informado de inmediato.

Si el problema persiste, por favor avísame y puedo realizar el reembolso de la compra sin inconvenientes.

Intenta más tarde (a veces se resuelve solo en minutos).

Try this: delete your download from the downloads section of your profile and download it again from the model’s main post.

The file is 248 MB. It seems there’s a problem with the post. I updated the post and reuploaded the file. I hope this solves the problem.

The issue you’re describing is likely due to overhangs in that area causing the filament to droop and create those stringy imperfections inside the joint cavities (the indentations where the pieces connect and articulate). To improve the print quality in those sections, I recommend:

Reducing the layer height: Using a finer layer height (for example, 0.12 or 0.16 mm) helps the filament deposit more precisely and prevents sagging in challenging areas.

Improving cooling: Increase the fan speed during the printing of those parts so the filament solidifies faster and doesn’t droop or create stringing.

These adjustments can help solve the problem you’re experiencing with stringing and incorrect printing inside the joint cavities.

I’ve tested the model with layer heights of 0.12 mm, 0.16 mm, and 0.20 mm, and with those settings, the prints came out well, without drooping filament or issues inside the cavities.

It’s also important to check the printing temperature recommended by the PLA filament manufacturer. Often, these issues occur when the nozzle temperature is too high, causing the filament to remain molten longer and create stringing or imperfections. You can try lowering your nozzle temperature by 5°C to see if it improves.

If after applying these adjustments the problem continues, please let me know so we can see if modifying the files is possible to better address your issue.

Lastly, if the small imperfections inside the joint cavities are minor, they shouldn’t affect the articulation, since the pieces are designed to fit and move properly despite small drops or details.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading the Articulated/Flexi Brachiosaurus Skeleton. Sometimes temporary errors can occur with the Cults3D server. I recommend trying again a bit later.

I personally checked the download from another account and was able to download the file successfully, so it should work fine.

I also suggest logging out of your Cults3D account and logging back in, as this can often resolve access issues.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please let me know and I’ll be happy to proceed with a refund.
