I recently purchased your Beaker keyring stl file. I printed it today and there wasn't a Beaker on it. The keyring part printed great but there isn't anything on it. What happened? Any help or advice you can give me would be appreciated.
This is a multicolored design for use with two different filament colors. Are you set up to print two filaments?
The obj and 3mf files have the color information. The stl is just the geometry.

Hey man, following up again but a different ornament, I apologize but I am single color printing and the Cubs MLB one I purchased is not displaying the right way. Whatever you did for the Wolverine one, can you do here?
Yes, I can do that. Hopefully by tomorrow. Was the 1mm enough of a contrast, or should I increase it a little?
maybe go to 2. I think it should be alright, the Wolverine was really detailed so that was a little tricky. I am doing this on a Neptune 4 Max.

Hey I downloaded the Wolverine Christmas ornament and all 3 files appear to be blank. I opened it in Chitu and Cura. I printed on a neptune 4 max and it also printed blank.
I can confirm that the obj file has a problem - thank you for letting me know. I tested the .3mf file in Bambu Studio and it is showing the 2 filament color design. I will get these re-created and update the listing
The .stl file is just the geometry, so you would need to use your slicer to "paint" the filament colors, but the other 2 should have them already.
I've uploaded new versions of the files. Please try downloading again and let me know if it is resolved.
Hey I tried all 3 files again in Chitubox and Cura and not seeing the design. Tried painting in Cura and struggling with that as well.
Do you have a second filament and color loaded? I'll see if I can test it in Cura.
Let me know, I honestly never do multi color printing. I've been resin for a long time and just started filament a few months back
Oh, ok. This design is specifically for multi-color printing. Do you want me to try to make a file with the design recessed by 1mm? If you're unable to print it i can get the purchase refunded.

I added a 4th file ' Wolverine - Ornament - Single Color.stl'. This one is specifically for single filament printing. Let me know if that one works for you.

No, didn't print yet. NY not showing up in the slicer
The .3mf and .obj file has the profiles painted. If you load the stl, you have to set the colors manually.
why isnt NY logo on the print?
