Hey I just bought and downloaded the Sauron Severed Finger STL and I was wondering if you can remove the ring from the finger and send me an STL? I want to make a display for my actual ring and place the real ring on the finger. Thanks.

I recently purchased the, Ninja Turtle Menpo Michaelangelo for my kid to wear. I see that it is multiple colors in the image shown for the 3dprint, but when you download the files, there is no multicolor file. Is the file missing from the download?

Hello New to 3d printing in the last couple of months. picked up a few of the dice tower modles from you today and I keep getting a slicing failure on the warrior dice tower mug any hint or options i should tweak. im using elegoo cura slicing software. It is the only one that keeps failing.

Hey mate, i believe i found someone on etsy selling your file as a 3D print. Your "Marvel Rivals Gambit Staff," i believe, is being used by "FemmeForgeCreations" on etsy. Their listing is "Rivals Gambot Mutant Staff Prop– Detailed Cosplay Weapon Replica."
They stole my images and another creator's file as their own. I hope this is helpful, and if you gave them permission, I apologize.

on the iron hulk awesome friends stl, is the helmet 1 piece or in sections for magnets?

I have a question about the sword from Godfall, the way it's split does it have sections for connectors or support or is it merely split and the sections are completely smooth? I hope I that makes sense.

so i paid for the flexi symbiote, aint asking for a refund. wondering if you have 3mf file of it already colored? already spent 30 minutes just trying to color the spider on his back. i figured if i paid for a model, it would already come painted in all the areas, or atleast have good edges to easily fill paint. thanks in advance

I would like to ask about this product, specifically how faithful it is as a replica of the original from the movie. I have already bought several STL models, and in all cases it was necessary to add moving parts using magnets or threaded inserts. How is it in your case? Are all parts properly designed, and do the joints hold up without breaking?

Bought your Caith flexi model, the file just will not sit flat on one side so constantly fails. Do I need to use supports as it is flexi and usually they should not.

I purchased your 1 fuck coin design. Theres some non manifold edes on the sides where the curverd lines go around the wings and around some of the starts/ Its about 800+ K. Are you able to reduce it to around 50K total and fix the non manifold edges?

Hi, I just bought the 3D model of the Bray Wyatt mask and I noticed that the file has an extension around the mouth area, which could cause problems and discomfort when wearing it. I intend to use it for a party and I want to be comfortable. Could you generate a version with a clear mouth area, please?
