i can generate chest support with lesser attachments and a leg with more Length and bending attributes...Otherwise if you yourself would like to edit prosthetic leg try downloading 3D builder software..thatsfor pc windows 10 or wings 3D software a modelling software thats easier to learn !...let me know i can send you the link or you give me permission to start the modelling of a custom design chest support with texture and so on..

If you are going to add another side or replace it ...take note that the balance provided by the artificial leg base should tilt slighltly away from the symmetry shared with chest up to nose that is when it makes it comfortable for the pet when carrying out activities ,Lowering the head and so on.
And if you mean adding (ride) wheels to the right front as a custom design let me know
