can you tell me the width and height of the top hat that you have pictured in orange. Thank you. Wish that was a requirement as I am looking for a specific size

Hello I love your design but every time I print it the bottom Edge is really rough I've even tried using supports and it still comes out very rough the rest of the print comes out very nice any ideas?
