may I ask what you are using for the hooks for the raven heads to use with guages please. My daughter has guages and would love to get for her to wear

They are earring/wine glass charm findings, but lever back earrings work for gauges aswell! Can find both on Amazon! 🥰

Hi as of the morning of sunday the 18th of august. My account has been hacked and multiple back to back fraudulent purchases were made from my account. I have changed my passwords and a new card is being sent to me. Payment is currently pending (my bank says I can not place a fraud claim until the process is complete), if possible please cancel the purchase orders and if the payment has gone through, would it be possible to redeem the payment. If there is any advice you can offer to resolve the situation or anything you need from me, it would be much appreciated if you shared.

Hi, thanks for reaching out — I’m sorry you’re dealing with this situation.

I do have the ability to issue refunds, but I’m not comfortable doing so without proper verification. Since these are digital files, I can’t see whether they’ve already been downloaded — and once downloaded, they can’t be “returned.” That makes refunds risky without confirmation from Cults or your bank.

I also noticed the purchases were made using one of my Patreon discount codes. I can’t check from my side whether that code was used by you directly or by another Patreon member, which makes it harder for me to verify what actually happened here.

For those reasons, the best next step is to contact Cults support and your bank. They’ll be able to check whether downloads occurred and confirm if these purchases were fraudulent. If they confirm that, I’ll absolutely follow their guidance.

Hello! I think there was a mix-up with the files and instead of gothic window I got gothic clocks :) Is there a way to get the cologne window, please?
