Hello, no problem
All rivets are M5 and come in different lengths, as described.
Here is what I used:
9× Carriage bolt 5×20
1× Carriage bolt 5×30
11× M5 nut
3× Carriage bolt 5×20
3× Sleeve nuts 5×30
Unfortunately, there are no rivets with the exact lengths I needed, so I had to shorten them with a metal saw. The final length can vary depending on the materials you use (leather, metal, etc.).

Hi there, I am struggling to find the best way to go about printing the Hiccup files following your guidance on the instructions. I am using Bambu Labs and have successfully implimented the pause in print for the 'metal bottom inner' part... However I am unsure on how to print both this piece and the 'metal bottom outer' piece with supports, but removing any generated within the holes.
Similarly for the main body, when slicing without supports enabled, Bambu Labs flags a warning that the print will need supports to successfully print. However following your instructions, you recommend to print with no supports...especially as the leather holes for sewing cant be filled.

unfortunately, I don’t own a Bambu Lab printer myself and therefore don’t use Bambu Studio. However, most slicer programs are structured quite similarly.
In the “Prepare” tab, there should be a feature called “Support Painting.” This allows you to define directly on the 3D model where supports should be generated and where they should be blocked (for me: left mouse button = add support, right mouse button = block support).
This way, you can specifically block the area where the nut is inserted so that no supports are generated there.
If you’re unsure, you can always check the result in the “Preview” mode.
Regarding the main body:
The warning is completely normal. Similar to flexi models, a part (e.g., the gear) is printed slightly above the build plate “in mid-air.” This may require a bit of post-processing (e.g., light sanding), but it makes it easier to separate the parts afterward and ensures they remain movable.
Bambu Studio shows a warning due to overhangs, and the stitching holes may also trigger this warning. However, this is not an issue, as any Bambu printer should be able to handle this without problems.
Important:
The holes should not be filled with supports, as this would block them and prevent them from functioning properly.
