Hello, I just purchased the Cronus Ancient Robot (basic) and the Exo-Warriors and am having quite a bit of trouble downloading them. I have not been successful so far with either one. I hav tried multiple times on multiple devices with no luck. Please advise. I am worried GW will take them down before I can get them downloaded and I will miss my chance to and be out the money for them.

What do I need to scale this stuff to? Heresy marines are printing bigger than primary junk. The siege marines anyway, is the rest of this stuff also gigantic?

Hey Doc, sorry for the bother about this but I accidently bought your assault demon guy last night. I had him in my cart while inspecting him in comparison to another demon prince model but decided against it. But my 3dcults cart has been acting funky for a while, and it seems to not have taken him out when I purchased another demon prince. Partly my fault for not double checking. Refund possible? Its sketchy so I understand if not.
