Hi I just downloaded your knives collection and they all have a floating rectangle around them makeing it impossible to enlarge them but then the rectangle disappears after slicing..... also they have very weird edges are you able to smooth them out?

I'm sorry for the confusion, I found the files in download. I'm looking for the stl files since obj files are fir cad programs and the hcode files are only good for what printer and filament they were sliced for. I'm trying to slice them with my own profiles.
What slicer are you using? OBJ files are also used for 3d printing and work fine with bambu studio, orca and prusa
How do I print the back plate for the Rush LED? There is no stl file outside the front and back

Hello, I bought your knives but they have an ugly edge around them that looks like what you would see on the top of a curved surface. Looks like they just need more faces on the sides. Can you fix those?

Do you design custom lights that I could print on an Ender 3 without AMS. I used to have a guy to create me different lightboxes that I could print in parts and put together. Wondering if you could do something like that? Please get back to me
Hi thanks for your message. My lights all come as one unit ideal for the ams but also individual bits for single colour printers.
If you could provide an image of one you've printed previously so we can check if it's the same idea

Hey there, I was hoping you could help me. I downloaded your knife collection. They all (except the bonus Pennywise) have a flat base around them. I am unable to enlarge the model due to this. Also, once it is sliced, that base disappears, however there are floating dots all over the plate. I have tried the 3mf and the regular models. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks so much!
Hi firstly thanks for purchasing the model. Pennywise was modelled in a different software hence why this does'nt have a flat plate behind it.
The software used for the other knives generates the back plate but dissapears when it's sliced. The only thing you can do to get rid of this is create a slice and make it minimal 0.001 then this sometimes works. Yo can increase the width and height but if you increase the thickness the layers will need changing to suit.
The floating dots are just the odd pixel leftover in the artwork, these don't cause any issues when printing
I was looking at all your light boxes and they are awesome. Would any of these prints on an Ender three I see most of them are set up for bamboo AMS.

I’m pretty familiar with how to change filament colors at each different layer, but it looks like your sign all the colors are on the same layer. If that’s the case I don’t think there’s a way to do that on the ender and using Cura
I downloaded the Lilo and Stitch lamp files and extracted them and I am unable to open the .stl files with cura. Can you offer a suggestion or send me a working file?

The 3mf files were generated in bambu lab.

The shades all open up in Cura. I've now added an STL format for the base which opens in Cura
The zip file that is on there now only contains the base for the lamp, no shades.
I've just download it and there is an extra zip file. All the shades are there under "Models"
I did find that , it was hiding from me but they still will not open in Cura, I am tying the 3mf files now with Perusa, it is hung up exporting the g-code
The models should all open in Cura. I tried these before

The new version of the Rush Litho Box is amazing. Cleared out what ever the problem was I had with the version 1 that caused blocking of some detail sometimes. Made two prints of the new version with no problems at all. :)

The very first print was perfect for the backlight detail but the red filament bled into the white. Obviously not the files fault. I have since printed 6 and not longer have the bleeding, but the top detail of letters is lost in the backlight area. Can no longer see Geddys' head or the top of the building in the Moving Pictures scene. I am using the Bambu 3mf file with a Bambu Carbon printer and it just will not show that detail any more, it is just a dark blob. It does say there are floating elements so I used the "F" function to lay the print flat on the plate. Any suggestions?
Hmm I'm having the same issue now. Just tryin to see what settings i'm guessing it is an update in Bambu

Hi thankyou for the download. The lithopahnes are printed seperate from the front [balloon] and glued into place

The lithophane is a plain white one. It is the LED lights which change the colour
