Hello, I purchased Christmas cookie cutter sets numbered 0166, 0963, and 0978. However, I've noticed that the print details aren't accurately reproduced, and the fine details of the cookies tear easily during printing. Can you help me with this?

This usually comes down to print settings. Please make sure you’re using a 0.4 mm nozzle, ~0.2 mm layer height, good bed adhesion, and avoid scaling the cutters down. If needed, a small XY compensation in your slicer can help preserve details.

Hello! I've downloaded your snowman collection and they were fine when I imported them to tinkercad to resize them. But when I sliced them with my 3d printer's software, the molds literally only had fifteen layers (meaning the height was reduced drastically) and to the point where even the details were gone and only left with the back and just 1mm of the outline. Can you help me with this? 😭
Hi. Thank you for your message! When scaling down, details and the blade may become too thin for a standard 0.4 mm nozzle, but there is a way to make it thicker again in the slicer. I have sent you an email :-)

Unfortunately, this is not possible. My STL files are designed for a minimum height of around 4–5 cm to ensure proper detail and printability. At only 2 cm height, many elements may not print well or may lose definition.

You can download all the designs included in that month's release, but not the older sets from previous months. Those are later made available on Cults3d.

i have been using the font since i bought it. unfortunately the print has become really bad. i used a bambu p1s with a 0.2 nozzle and the finest setting. what could be the problem?

Could you let me know exactly what the print looks like now—stringing, gaps, rough edges? A bit more detail will help me narrow things down.
The font set was designed and tested for a 0.4 mm nozzle, so a switch to 0.2 mm can introduce extra variables (clogs, under-extrusion, different flow settings, etc.).

I have a Entina Printer that uses PLA filament. Will your molds print out on this small 3-D printer.

Most of the cutters should work fine since they are under 10 cm at their longest side. However, I do have some individual cutters that are larger than 10 cm, which might be too big for your printer's build area.
As for the cake pop molds, they should all print without any issues on your Entina 3D printer. Let me know if you have any other questions!
