Thanks - actually the Macchi files are not OK. The forward fuselage part ends in a heavy cubicle. Maybe you can just provide the singe parts as stl files and not combined for Lychee slicer?
And while I am at it :-) Could you split the Boeing more conventionally in fuselage and wings seperately? I would like to print it in 1:72 scale ;-)

They file type is clearly mentioned: Prusa slicer 3mf files. They are ok and work perfectly well with Prusa. The cube you're getting is a modifier for the nose section and works just fine in Prusa. If you decide to use another slicer it's always at your own risk. Prusa is freeware.
I'm not going to provide stls files anymore as they lead only to even more complaints and extra work for me.
For the same reason I'm not going to rework the Clipper, I simply don't have the time for such extras, sorry.
