You can rescale rims in slicer. 18inch. 18inch rims in 1/18 is amour 27.5 mm

In scale section you can set diameter for rim (set two axis for 27.5mm and other axis you can make rims wider. Also you need to do for lip. To get right tires scale you need to set their scale in same % as rim. 1/18 scale is about 136% of 1/24 (my rims) but other thing is that on many model wheel arch are oversized, some models are not in correct scale. So the better thing is to measure what exactly wheel size you need to fit your model.

You just need to set 136% scale for all rim parts and 136.5% for tire fo good fitting. The scale menu is at the right part of screen in chitubox. This is basic skills you need like adding supports, setting good angle etc.

It have cylinder on the back. There are centr+ hub version for all rims. But you need to edit wheel hub or suspension, because I cannot do all sizes for all possible axels

All axels are different. It may be 1mm may be 0.8 mm etc. you can model axel hub you need (just cylinder with hole for your axel) then set rim diameter, center rim and cylinder in slicer, if you need scale cylinder by one axis of it is too big and then choose two objects and save as one stl file

Hi, thank you. You can rescale rims and tires in slicer program. The difficult is that wheel hub will be also rescaled , and you need to do some custom adjustment. For example 18 inch is 20mm, 19 inch 21mm 20 inch 22mm etc. and then you can rescale tire in same %. Then you can change width by changing scale only by one axis in slicer.

Yes I know, that's why i don't re scale wheels as the centers will be to big etc. That's why i suggested that you should do your designs in more sizes, if you use Fusion for example when creating them if would be possible I believe at least it is in Solidworks

Yes it is possible I think , but in many models you will need to do model from zero for new size. Also it is difficult to find good references because on all rims brands there is one photo of rim for all sizes

About what files you are talking? Even if chitubox shows you error in models you can print em.

There are a few, but for example, the Rotiform ZMOV7. The message I'm getting is when I try to open it on Microsoft 3D Builder, which I use to view the files.
I have not tried to open them on Chitubox or Lychee.

The model is very “heavy” so 3d builder cannot fix. I will try to fix in fusion, but even with errors it will print good. You can check makes, I have printed em.
