Hi, I recently just purchased the files for your Clive Sword Final Fantasy XV Prop Replica, and I noticed there are holes going through many of the files. I'm assuming this is for some kind of pvc pipe or similar object to help with sturdiness. Can you please list the size and type of rod required for the prop?

Hello, I got a Korek Machete design from the Dying Light game. When I try to export the file for printing, I get an error saying the design is floating and needs to be supported. I don't know how to do that. Shouldn't the design be print-ready? My printer is a Bambu Lab A1. Thank you.

Hi purchased your Minecraft headphones holder. Most of it completed , but not all. Hard to explain what didn’t I have pics if needed. Ok so the pieces that didn’t are the u-shaped curves as well as the flat portion where the screw goes in. I’m new to 3d printing so any advise or tweaking is highly appreciated.

I purchased your Dust 2 II Map – Counter-Strike 2 STL yesterday. I noticed in your pictures that you printed the map in beige while the room labels are perfectly black.

I’m trying to achieve the same result, but I’m unsure how you did it.

A manual filament change at a specific layer height doesn’t seem possible, since the black text appears on different height levels across the model. Because of that, a simple pause-and-swap method wouldn’t work.

Did you:

-Use multi-material printing (AMS/MMU)?

-Split the model into separate parts?

-Or prepare the STL in a specific way to allow color painting in the slicer?

I’m currently using a single-extruder printer, so I’m trying to understand the best way to reproduce your method.

I’d really appreciate your insight.

Hello! I purchased the Dragonbone Skyrim Sword files from your team. order #151129958 I am printing now and it is very good! However, I think I am missing 2 pieces/files. Specifically there are two files for the Middle of the sword print called "blade_middle_p1-1" and "blade_middle_p1-2" but there are no mirrored files for the other side of the print like there are for the other parts of the blade. For example "blade p1-1" has a mirrored part: "blade p2-1" that fits to the other side to complete it.

Please let me know if I am missing something, and if I could get those two files. I am excited to have the finished product and your designs are very good! Thanks!
