Sorry for my english, i'm going to try to make the equatoriale mount.
When i try to print, the printer company ask me for the infill of the model (i think 100%, but i'm not sure).
This is my first 3d print...

Salut Yannick, je suis français aussi ahah, pour le remplissage tu peux mettre 30% c'est déjà pas mal. Remplir à 100% c'est un peu plus solide mais ça vaut pas forcément le coup par rapport à la quantité de filament utilisée et au temps d'impression. Si tu veux jouer sur la rigidité des pièces tu peux jouer sur le nombre de mûrs, 4 ou 5 ça donne des pièces plutôt solides, et pareil pour le nombre de couches supérieures et inférieures :) tu imprimes sur quelle imprimante ?

Personnellement j'avais une ender 3, c'est pas mal pour commencer et ce n'est plus très cher, par contre ça prend du temps, il faut aimer bidouiller les réglages pour être productif, mais maintenant j'ai acheté une bambulab A1 mini et vraiment ça change tout, elle est super pratique et je ne perd plus de temps, une fois l'impression lancée je suis quasi sûr d'avoir ma pièce sans défaut, en plus elle est rapide.
À toi de voir combien tu veux mettre dedans (argent et temps)
Voilà c'est le conseil que je peux te donner avec mon expérience des imprimantes :)

Maybe a stupid question... but what, exactly, are you using to power this? Since there's a DC jack, I presume an AC adapter of some sort? Can I just use a 5V AC adapter for a cell phone? Can you provide the specific resistor types used in the circuitry? I see they are 10k and 220ohm resistors.. but are the resistors 1/4w, 1/2w..etc?

Since the arduino is powered externally, according to the arduino nano datasheet : "Vin: Input voltage to Arduino when using an external power source (6-12V)" maybe you can try to power it with 5V through the mini usb. Resistors I used are 1/4w

Thanks for the info! I have a 6V, 1A adapter. I presume this setup shouldn't need more than 1 amp to function, correct?

1amp is ok ! the motor requires only 0.26A ;)

Any idea what the load/weight capacity for this mount would be? Has it been tested using a telescope? Definitely interested in making this.

Hi! It is not strong enough to carry a telescope, it is made for dslr with a lens only.

Hi! The pieces are optimized to be printed using FDM printing, however I don't see why it wouldn't work using resin printing!
I know almost nothing about resin printer but In think it should work the same

It may need a bit of force at first, but then the hinge will work fine

yes it is "print-in-place" so you just have to print it as it is, and it works directly :)
