Oh jeez what happened there :o I wil first try to download the files from cults and open it up in the slicer. Ofcource i can give money back :)

I downloaded it now and they open fine on my computer. Are you slicing with your phone? Never heard about that :D If you can you can try slicing it on your computer. It could allso be that the files are too big or the resolution is too good for the phone to handle :o I can make a lower polygon version for you :)

I uploaded now to the same listing 4 new versions that are 1/3 of the original file size. I think that could work now for you. I think you can download it again for free when you already have paid for it :)

Write back when you have tested it, I allso recommend the Flat version as it hides layer lines better + saves plastic :)

Yeah i work via phone because my laptop is dead...I open it on stl viewer and its ok but when I open it on anycubic slicer for phone looks like shit😅🤭,I try to print new version and I will tell you its ok or not,next question is on door have 2 pins you make only a hole for them but on original one need to slide it to lock door trim I don't know how to say it I hope to understand me,my question is how you lock this pins

The holes are there only to locate the newspeaker adapter. The old speaker mounting holes are used to secure the 3d printed piece in place as in the pictures :)

I mean that the door shell is held on by two clips on the speaker side, the original grille locks them but on this one I only see holes where the remaining protruding part of the clip enters the shell, I know that the grille/flange itself is attached to the shell but it's loose there

Oh you mean the original speaker grill locks the door card to the door frame? I didnt know that. Need to take a look.

I updated all files and edited the indent to be larger and designed a clip than can be installed where the original grille was mounted. This way the doorcard should be more secure. Thanks for letting me know!

Its ok if you sell them for your buddies. Would feel great if you would donate same amount as you bought the file for per friend :) Would keep me motivated to make more cheap and available custom parts for these old Volvos :) Hope you and your buddies like it!

Not at this moment. One thing could be somehow to buy a Kitchen Strainer and somehow attatch the bare screen to the top. I just ran it for a while without any filter.

Im uploading the new version from 40x40 pc fan to a 49mm hose in the original upload so check that again. its very crude but will work fine :) Its open price and would be nice if you would tip me some for making your version :D
