Hi there! I just purchased your beetlejuice straw topper file, however any slicer I try to load it into comes up with an error saying the file is damaged. Can you help? Tried using Lychee, Chitubox.

Apologies, so that is for non ams printers. But it's instructions on how to swap filaments, if you have an ams I recommend using coloring by height option and start at the base of the letter with green and when done, color the outlines that have to be white, just use the paint bucket to color the top of the marquee

Ok so I won’t have any problems with the BEETLEJUICE writing I tried another file and parts of the words wouldn’t print out I’m assuming the font was too thin

The colors in the grinch straw topper are not loading, and the raised file doesn't show up in my bambu studio.
