War Of The Worlds THUNDERCHILD Vs Tripod
I have purchased the model and downloaded it, do you have a build guide for this model please, so i know where everything goes,
Thankyou

Just follow the photos , real easy build , let me know how you get on , I'm on holiday so won't be back for another 6 days , cheers

It was more about the bottom panels and the switch plates, didn't see where they fit, you say see the pictures, have I missed these somewhere when I downloaded or are they in the zip files somewhere

I apologise i have since found your youtube guide and watching over it, many of my questions were answered, I will speak to you after your vacation

Whats the height of the head it self on the
terminator T600 1.1 bust SCREEN ACCURATE

Around 320mm just the head

Hello,
Got an issue with the Thunderchild model, I've downloaded it but when I attempt to open the file in a slicer it freezes half way through as the file is too big and crashes every slicer I've tried. I'm trying to print the larger parts on a Bambu X1C and the smaller parts in resin, is there a way to get the model say 30% the size it is now? I'm only wanting to print it at 15cm long at most but I cant get it into anything to resize it. Thank you for any help.

Don't think the thunderchild will down size well , any thing with a thin wall thickness at full size 600mm+ will be to thin to print , I could cut the hull so it's not as tall for your printer as I belive that would probably be the biggest part, but that's still the full size print , I do have a smaller version that comes with the tripod, less detail , hope this helps

Good morning pal,had a chance to look at both ESB and ROTJ files.will the interior details fit inside the ESB from the ROTJ files? BTW the files look stellar!!!!!

I think the ESB AT-ST is a unmanned walker, so body is shorter than the return of the jedi walker, so no ,

thank you :)

HELLO I found your videos on Youtube i just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for creating such wonderful models....

cheers , a nice post to read after getting out of bed :-)

do you have the alien queen parts separately please?

posted separated files . hope this helps

could i have the printable doors please?

box files added, will look at rest after work , cheers

Is it possible to get the ROTJ AT-ST parts separately? The grouped stl's are fighting me a bit printing on my Saturn 3 ultra and it would be easier to troubleshoot it if they weren't grouped, the railing on the top and the weapons in particular. Thanks in advance!

I'll have a look when I get home , side weapon and taking the mounts off top rail

Thank you very much! It will let me re-support and reprint just the specific single pieces (groupings titled "HEAD merged version head full", "HEAD BOTTOM .MAIN GUN RESIN" and "ROOF RACK. NECK. RESIN" being the ones that are having print failures for me on some of the parts) . If it's easier to just upload the kit's individual part stl's instead of hunting for the specific ones I'm happy to sort through them myself. And thanks again for the assistance, I'm looking forward to weathering this thing in full OCD fashion. . .

loaded up under separated files, hope this helps

Thank you!

Thank you again, one request/suggestion if it's not too annoying. The stl for the cockpit interior assembly guide prints out beautifully on its own. If that was available without the two drivers it would be a super-easy way to print the cockpit without assembly which would make this an easy build with your combined parts.

Hi mate epic mate I have question can print the files on Bambu A1?

What print you looking buddy, if it's fdm printable then I'd have to say yes

red dwarf star bug accurate

Should be fine , I'd lower your layer lines as low as you can go .12 or similar on detailed parts , I have gone for both fdm and resin as I'm getting older and hand get a bit crampy with all the sanding on small details

can this be printed in PLA as i cannot print resin with my printer

What model are you looking at , cheers

star bug accurate

do you happen to have the parts list or + wiring diagram for the ABC head please?

There is a led holder in the files , and all I used were Xmas lights that were battery operated, and put them in the back of the head and put a cut out of a pc motherboard on top, I think I spliced another separate switch that I put on top of the motherboard, iv now cut the wires that go to the battery and cut a cable of a phone charger and just wired them together so I can run him on a PowerBank , hope that helps

Hi firstly I want to say love your models, I've been into 3D modeing for a couple of years now, when I retired. My first big project was a NSD Dalek and now doing other large projects.
I have purchased you ABC head and are currently printing it. I am now going to buy your bust for it as well, but wished I had purchased the SGT head.
Is there any chance of getting the M1 helmet and additional files as a separate file to complete my model? Cheers Marc

a lot of other parts are a mix of sharper details and terrible details.

Iv printed a few now and can't say iv noticed in the final model, I'm looking at mine now and still can't see any thing your pointing out , it's a war machine , look at any tank or plated armor it never perfect so never really bothered me " just my opinion " .... sorry to hear your not happy

The problem is parts having sharp parts and unsharp parts, the unsharp parts are due to bad STL compression from the CAD software you are using.

I am sorry to say, I want a refund.

You will have to go through cults3d I'm not shore I can from my end

I am really sorry about this, but you should practice a bit more with building models, when exporting the basic shape you make, before applying details should also be save at a high quality/resolution, the same as the details you will apply later, this will make you parts look a lot better.

I'd be worried if it affected the finished product but I'm looking at the end result and I can't see it , sorry your not happy , but I still recon for the price your getting a pretty cool model " just my opinion "

Cheers , I'll keep it in mind on my next build

let me know when you do K9 2.0. i am wanting to turn it into a functioning machine.

yes, I down loaded your latest file, but was still unable to fit the following pieces to the bed because of the excess space between the parts. They are: bottom plate, skulls, back shocks, bottom shocks and front shocks.

looks like i didnt repair files after i cut them . sorry. updated files and added shocks . should be good to go , cheers

  • 1 мне нравится

just don't see a down load link for the updated files

I have updated the last files so just re-download the same ones

i hate to be a bother. but the build plat of your bed is much wider than mine. i need to have the parts much closer together. and need to have the bottom plate split in half so it will fit my build plat. again, terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

In the file I up loaded the skulls are stacked together to fit a 252x252x302 bed size the bottom base has been split into 6 pieces with the biggest one to fit your printer all in separate files so one piece per file as are the shocks , they are separated front from back and separate sides , they are all there and checked to fit your printer , not shore your looking in the right folder :-/

I want to thank you so very much. I found the folder you marked for me. I just didn't look far enough in the folder. I just thought you amended the exiting ones. Again Thank you for bearing with me. Can't wait to get it printed.

All good , happy printing

Greetings,

Two things first, I am still printing the model off. Having issues printing the shoulder units out. In you photos you show them as exploded views. But when they are printed off. The parts are fuel together. I can't remove the pin to attach it to the neck unit. Candy you separate those parts so they can be printed individually? Thank you.

Second have you started designing the K-9 2.0 yet. I am trying to build a full size one?

I'll look when I get home after work , cheers

Thanks, I tried printing the shoulder units. But I couldn't remove the pin to attach it to the neck.

files downloaded .same name on folders i just added SPLIT at the end . stopped doing K-9 as there are some really good files availableso no need to make one , cheers

Thanks, got the files. But I think your not understanding which K-9 i am referring to. Its not the K-9 mark II. I was referring to the K-9 2.0. This one is off the spin off of dr who. Its called K-9. You can watch it on you tube. I have seen no stl files for this version. Its not the one commonly seen. This one flys instead of rolling across the floor.

Cool cool cool I'll have to have a look ;-)

Yes, I downloaded the latest file you sent me. But i was still unable to fit the following parts onto the bed because of the space between the parts. This is a list of the parts i was not able to fit on the bed because of the excess space between the parts. Bottom plate, Skulls, back shocks, bottom shocks, front shocks

In the file I up loaded the skulls are stacked together to fit a 252x252x302 bed size the bottom base has been split into 6 pieces with the biggest one to fit your printer all in separate files so one piece per file as are the shocks , they are separated front from back and separate sides , they are all there and checked to fit your printer , not shore your looking in the right folder :-/

greetings I just purchased your T800 bust Awesome job on it. I am trying to print it out on an Ender-7. Some of the parts are to big for the build plate. Is ther any way you cancut some of the down so they are more manageable for the Ender-7?

Send me your printer size and I'll have a look

its an Ender-7 X=252/ Y=252, Z=302

How good are you at Making 3D prints off of photos? I am working on the newer version of K-9 off of DR WHO?

Funny , next on my list , after twiki from buck Rodgers, printing him at the moment to make Shore it's good to go in the shop ;-)

done . found only the base and the neck base didn't fit .hope this helps , cheers

it was the bottom base, top base and the skulls to big to fit on the build plat. if the top and bottom base were split in half i could fit tem on the base plate. and if the skulls were grouped closer together they would fit.

The front skulls are separate The rest fit you bed size , new files posted , cheers

wish there was a way to share photos with you. as the skulls are they have a lot of dead space between them. that makes impossible to fit them on the bed. even when i reduce the scale to 70%. the same goes for the bottom base and the neck base.
this minute

Have you down loaded the files with the base and neck re cut for you , as they fit your printer bed , and I have checked the skulls and they should fit as the front skull is removable, I'll have another look to make shore when I get home from work , cheers

Have you downloaded the new files for you ?

Good afternoon let me tell you I am a huge fan of your work!!! My favorite is alien queen Xeno morph
. My wife had purchased me the file for the wall mount head. I printed the head out showed a bunch of friends of mine and they’re super into it. Was wondering if you have a Patreon Cause people want to buy the prints I make of your designs but did not want to do anything wrong.

Hi , thanks :-) no worries swapping files with friends and making them , no Patreon at the moment, maybe one day ;-)cheers

Hello. I just purchased the full size sabertooth skull with stand from you which is awesome! I just printed it at 55% scale to fit on my Anycubic m7 pro resin printer. It’s the largest i could go with a 9” h x 8.75” wide x 4.95” build space. I really want to print the full size of this. Is there any way you can split the skull into 3-4 pieces and jaw into 3-4 pieces so I can do that on my printer and then I can glue them together? If so, how much would that be? Thanks!

Give me a little time , I have family over at the moment and I'll chop it up to fit your printer and post it , I'll message you when done , possibly Saturday:-)

Thank you soo much! I appreciate it!

So looking at your printer size I'm guessing it's a resin printer :-)

DONE. uploaded file ;-)

Yes, it’s a resin printer. I really appreciate this!!!! Thank you thank you! I will give this a go once I figure out why lychee crashes during slicing. I’ll let you know how it comes out!

NAILED IT!!! looks amazing . nice job

thank you!!!! I am waiting for your project on the Terminator T-600 statue!!! in full height !!! I'll be happy to print it!!!

I've just finished twiki from buck Rodgers so printing him at the moment then I'll list him and maybe I'll start the rest of the T600, see how it goes as it's a massive job, cheers
