I keep getting an error message on certain pieces. Empty layers between 34.74 to 34.94 and cant be printed. How do I fix this? Or is it broken and need a refund?

the figures are not adapted to such a small scale. some elements such as the hair ribbons are 1mm thick, if you scale down the figure, these elements will be less than 1mm .
