PS could i order some special work for me ? i'm making jewlry with titanium and I'd like to make organic design that regardin dthe sea and his underwater creatures for makejewlery new collections

I don't have additional files for the one you downloaded last.
Potentially? DM me on instagram your reference photos.

Hi! I saw that you have a design for clay extruder accessories, and I wanted to know if one of them can be used to make hollow pieces with the extruder. I don't know if you understand what I mean

Yup! It's the one that looks kind of like a peace sign.

I had downloaded the post embedder a month or so ago and I am trying to redownload it again and am unable to. It says it needs authorization. Do you know why this might be happening?

I made a lot of my designs paid a couple weeks ago. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I didn't get any sort of approval request notification. Could be a bug with Cults3D.

Something you can try is to click on your profile icon in the top right, and go to Downloads. Then download it again from there, rather from the designs page. OR you can go to the design and use their new function to "Make and Offer" to possibly trigger it as a purchased item.

The downloads page is where I tried to redownload it from. I will try the new function and see if that works. Is there anyway to get it if that does not work?

Make an offer feature did not work.

I contacted support and they said that if you contact them directly that they can help you out with your issue. There is a contact link at the bottom of Cults3D.

Hello, I only want a leaf cutter like the one in your collection with the veins, would you mind me having just that stl file please?

Many thanks Pat

Sorry no, I do not offer basic file handling or slicer prep work as a support option.

Hi, I purchased the "Manda - Cutter/Embosser Combo" and after unzipping the file and opening it up there is nothing there to view. I've downloaded it several times and tried opening it up different ways and still nothing. When I try slicing it, it only takes about 2 seconds and then it's done. I've bought many STL files from other people and have no problem just so you know this isn't my first time doing this. Not sure what's going on.

The scaling on it was off so it was super tiny, reuploaded. Hopefully that works for you.

It was one of my earlier files from 2 years ago where I likely didn't quite have the export scaling from blender figured out yet and it was probably 1000* smaller. In Cura/Bambulab it would have a popup that would ask if you like to scale to mm and as long as you select yes it would pop up at the correct scale. Probably doesn't work that way for all slicers though. I have refunded your donation. Thanks for letting me know about your issue.

Hello! I am having the same issue with the Rainbow Clay Cutter. There does not appear to be any stl files in the zip folder. I did download another one of your files (cat cutter) just to make sure, and that download worked just fine. I did send some $ for the rainbow file, some help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. I'll take another look when I'm home later today.

The files are there when I download it myself. I want to help you out and figure out why there are issues.

Here are my ideas:
1. Ensure you are un-zipping the file. I use "7-Zip" to Right-Click and Extract All.
2. Import the stl files into the cutter, not the fusion file. The fusion file was added for reference in case someone wanted to customize it further.
3. Try out the smallest size ".15 wd cutter.stl" and ".15 wd base.stl"
4. Understand that this is not a traditional rainbow cutter, its a guide arch that you wrap noodley pieces on, then use the cutter to cut the desired length.

There should be 10 stls, and 1 fusion file within the zip folder.

Please provide more details on your end if possible.
You can send me screenshots on Instagram of what you are seeing on your end and that might help.

Thanks for the response. The size of the zip file is only 166kb, and when un-zipped, it's just the one file. I will send you an IG message with a picture.

Thanks for sending the photo. It looks like macOS might not be handling the ZIP file correctly. My husband was able to unzip it on Windows without issues, but two people on Mac have reported the same problem. I’ve now renamed the individual files and rezipped everything—could you try again with the new file?

If you still have trouble, here are a few things to check:
Check for Hidden Files
Open the folder where you unzipped the files.
Press Command + Shift + . (period) to show hidden files.
Use a Different Unzip Tool
Try unzipping with The Unarchiver or Keka.
Let me know if this helps or if you’re still having issues!

Huzzah, it worked! Thank you SO much for your help!!

Hi! Your files are incredible! I wanted to ask about the Rainbow Clay Cutter. When I download the zip and open it, the only file in it is a f3d file. Are the stl files still available? Thanks so much for your help.

I just double checked, and all the files are in there.
Make sure you are unzipping the file with (Right-Click / Extract All / Extract) and not just double click to open. You should see all the files listed in file explorer view.
If you have a specific program open and you are trying to load the file, ensure the drop down for 'stl' is selected or all file types.

Thanks for responding so quickly! I will try to open it on a PC and see if that makes a difference. I'm on a MAC and that isn't an option there. I'll get it figured out. Thanks again.

Stuff I found that's cool:

My name is Scarlet, and I am the co-owner of The Clay Impress, the original creators of the Earring Post Embedder. This innovative tool is designed to attach earring posts to the backs of polymer clay earrings and is currently pending a utility patent in the United States.

It has come to our attention that you are reproducing and selling a tool that closely resembles our Earring Post Embedder. We must inform you that reproducing, selling, or otherwise using any version of our tool without explicit permission constitutes theft and is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

We kindly request that you cease and desist any further production and sale of this tool immediately. Failure to comply will leave us no choice but to pursue legal action to protect our intellectual property.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope to resolve this issue amicably.

Thank you for your response. While we acknowledge that embedding posts into polymer clay has been a practice for some time, our specific combination of the dome tool, circle tool with a center hole marker, and 1.5 mm thickness guides constitutes a unique and innovative approach. This design is distinct and has been carefully developed by The Clay Impress.

We respectfully request that you remove any replication of our tool from all selling platforms. We are committed to protecting our intellectual property and ensuring that our original designs are not replicated without permission.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Here's a method of embedding posts from 5 years ago:
https://youtu.be/9wW415G13xE?si=1ml0USoGc8jv-1i1

I designed the tool based on this method. This method has existed for 20 years. My design is unique. The model is different and the end result does not create the same shape. Embedding posts is not unique. There are many method, saran wrap, cardboard, circle cutters. There are many other embedding tools available today. My tool is lightweight, can be printed quickly on one bed, costs under $2 in filament, and fits compactly in a small bag. It's a no fuss tiny dome shape.

If you have a patent ID please send it and I will read it over.

Thank you for your response. We want to clarify that while the concept of embedding earring posts may have been around, our specific method, which includes the use of thickness guides, a circle cutter with a center hole marker, and a dome-shaped tool, is unique and distinct to The Clay Impress. This combination of tools was developed to provide a streamlined and efficient way to attach earring posts, and we are confident that this particular approach has not been available for 20 years. This specific method for attaching posts was never done before we released our tool at the end of last year.

Our design is currently patent pending, and we understand that the utility patent process can take years to complete. However, our pending status signifies that the design is protected during this process. It appears that your version closely resembles our design, which suggests that it may have been inspired by seeing our tool or others using it.

We understand your intention to share resources with the community, but we kindly request that you respect our intellectual property and unique design. Given that you are now offering the tool for free, there should be no significant impact in taking it down. We believe that respecting each other's innovations and hard work is crucial for the creative community.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and request that you cease the distribution of your version of the tool.

Please provide the Patent ID to full notify me of what you are patenting. The functionality of embedding posts is not a novel idea, which is why I designed this myself without knowledge of your tool. I based it off simple factors like the volume of a sphere and a cylinder, as well as common stud posts that are available that I would utilize. Our designs are not the same structurally or aesthetically. The patent ID exists regardless of the status of a patent, please let me know what it is and if there is any conflict I will comply regardless of if you are in the right. I am a small maker with under 50 followers with a passion for creating. It's insulting that you think removing someone's design and creative expression would have no impact on a person. I found out about your design after creating my own and it is a great tool, it's smooth and made with resin and has great functionality with the addition of a post size checker and alignment guides. Your tool is definitely better than my own, however I did not create my tool with knowledge of yours. My tool is simple and not novel in any respect, it's common knowledge.

I bought the moon cutter set but it is only a star. I would not have wasted my money on one lone star
