The STL file you received has been tested and successfully used for 3D printing. I also rechecked it and can confirm that it's properly built, with no mesh errors or issues that would prevent slicing.
However, just in case, I’ve uploaded a new version of the file named Mama_reparado.stl, which has been optimized and cleaned up to ensure full compatibility with most slicers.

Karen, el archivo se imprime bien. Ahi subi una foto, lo que hice fue subir el archivo en MDF y además te los separe en cortante y marcador. Los parámetro que use para la impresión son un pico 04, relleno 20%, y cualidad standar..

Hola Karen! Nuestras dos impresoras los leen, y lo han comprado antes y no hubo problemas. Lo que puede ser, y nos a pasado es problemas con la memoria del pendrive, que no nos lee los archivos, pero el archivo en si funciona.

Por mi parte ya he realizado todos los ajustes y pruebas necesarias, y los archivos se abren y se imprimen sin problemas. Los pase a diferentes formatos para asegurarme de que no sea un problema de compatibilidad. Si sigues teniendo problemas, te sugiero probar con otro pendrive para descartar cualquier problema con el dispositivo actual. Sino vas a tener que buscar algún tutorial de proque no lo lee tu impresora, e ir probando otros formatos de extensión. Nuevamente el archivo a sido comprado y no hubo problemas.

Vovi a hacer el diseño, esta subido en la carpeta ZIP. El laminador lo abre y la impresora lo lee. Si el problema sigue, vas a tener que ver en base a la impresora que tengas cual puede ser el problema.
