Hello, I purchased your King Cobra. I am having a problem with the long one and the 3mf file. I have tried several times to print it, different orientations, different printers and different slicers, it keeps failing as the neck and hood of the cobra is printing, it starts printing in air and all I get is spaghetti. I had no problems printing the single color short body one. I love your files and have bought many of them and this is the first one I have had issues with

Please send a photo to flexifactory@gmail.com..I am thinking king it's losing adhesion unfortunately. The models are identical except for the length so I know there's not a problem with the file. If you have the ability to take a look at your camera, that may provide some insight. And of course slice it and make sure there are no anomalies, or errors in the download. That's not likely an issue though if it's printing in air and spaghetti. That's usually adhesion.

As stated on the product listing pages, anything that you purchase on this site or one of my other cell sites is for personal use only. You must be an active member of my mini Factory tribes or patreon on a monthly or annual basis in order to sell prints of any of my designs. There's also seller authorization form that is required.

Server may be busy. Please try to log in and download again. The files are zipped so you will need to extract all the files before adding them to your slicer. If you're trying to drag them from the zip file it may not function correctly.

No. That design is not for sale. That was an exclusive from many years ago and I made a promise not to resell or redistribute that model

Your down load will not slice on my cura slicer

This is a bigger file with lots of ins and outs that the slicer needs to process through. So you will need to be patient please and give it time. If you have an older processor this could definitely cause a delay.

It does slice, but you need to be patient because it's quite large. Make sure you have the most updated slicer and you can also try orca if you are working with bambulab. But it does slice, so please email me and I will try to walk you through it if you're having trouble. Flexifactory@gmail.com

I did not do instructions on this one because it's similar to the dinos that I've made. It's a pop-in feature. So all you need to do is choose the tongue or no tongue version of the lower jaw, and then you pop the upper jaw on and pop it into the base of the head. As long as you print all of them identically at scale, it was tested thoroughly and you should have no issue popping them together:) if you have any additional questions or want me to show you with screenshots, you're welcome to email me at Flexifactory@gmail.com

I do not fully understand your question. However, for any of my designs, they print as one one piece, or have pop on features. The XL designs are the only ones cut that would need glue

Hello friends, I have a concern. In my country, Chile, almost every 3D printing shop across the country is selling your designs, and I don't think they're paying for a license to do so. It doesn't seem fair to me. I imagine you spend hours designing to obtain a finished model, only for someone to then get the digital version for free and sell it worldwide without paying any license fees. I just wanted to let you know so you're aware of this. Thank you very much.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that happened. This one was discounted for about 36 hours. Typically it's a 24-hour time but I had it run a little bit longer due to the holiday.

That's unfortunate then. Cults literally only emailed me about the release at 11.51 (GMT) today (23rd). You are one of the very few creators I follow in order to get those release emails - so I always look out for them to try and catch your early discounts. Extra frustrating to realise they don't even notify accurately about the release.

I will ask them about it to see if there is a better way to notify. I do post on all social media, so if you opt in on any site, you should get notice. This one was posted Sunday evening.

It definitely only came through on the 23rd (Tuesday). I even did a search on my emails to see if I missed a previous notification about it but the last ones I have were about the Ice Warrior and that purchase. I can see that you posted an email address in a reply above. If I sent you a screenshot would that help? If Cults are failing to notify people like you might be expecting you could certainly be losing business.

I love your designs. I have purchased several and they come out great. The only question I have is what program are you using to create these with? I had to re-color the dragonfly and the lines were perfect. It made it so easy to do.
