Hi I downloaded the dragon incense burner. I am in my slicer for Bambu X1C. There are tons of gaps in the file. It is not a solid print. I am confused what is wrong with it. Can you help?

Hello, Yes of course, in fact the model shown in the image was printed in the FDM process with PLA material, to prevent the plastic from melting we recommend using a metallic material as a thermal barrier between the piece and the incense. You may consider using a small metal plate, such as aluminum or stainless steel, to place under the PLA piece.
