Full bed of chains? Dude, as stated in the design i used a cable chain wich i bought! I didnt include the chain in the file.Thats why i mentioned the dimensions of 16.5mm x 16.55mm chain. If you print your own chain, thats fine. Outside chain should be 16.5 x 16.5mm. There are no screws needed. My chain is just press fitted in the mounts. You can glue the chain in the mount, i didnt do that for future changes.

hi question plz
where did you connect on off switch
what did u mean with the aluminium foil what is it for

On the front below the display. Just re use the original switch. Its all in the picture. The 2nd switch i used for external component, such as a led to watch my nozzle. You mean aluminium corner profile. They are mounted on the inside of the 2020 extrusion. Wich allows you to put a piece of wood or other material of your choice on top of it. This makes a seperate compartment. I have a short on youtube. Just search for ender 5 electronics enclosure and you will find it. Hope it helps. If it doesnt, just start printing and building, it will explain itself.

Base plate? The plate wich i mounted the internals on? If this is the case i made this from a sheet of wood. Easier. Fans i used are 12v silent 80mm fans. Used buck converters for the fans
