Hi DESI1064, unfortunately I can't help you once you've downloaded the file, as it's been tested and printed numerous times. If you haven't already, you can try extracting the files correctly. A .zip file is a compressed file that combines several files into a single, smaller one to save storage space and facilitate transfer. To use the files, the recipient must decompress the .zip file, which restores the original files in their full format. There are several software programs for this, the most well-known being WinZip, but you can also find alternatives like PeaZip, 7-Zip, Zipware, and Zip Free. Once you can decompress it, you'll find the files in .stl format, which you can import into your 3D printing software. All files are tested and bug-free. I've included a guide for decompressing the files. Thanks!

I am confused. I bought a bunch of figure files. They are listed in downloads but there is no option to download any of them next to the listed figure. Do you know how to fix this? Am I navigating the site wrong or what?

I found them buddy. I was navigating wrong. Some of the "download" options are listed right next to the item from the downloads section. Others are not is all. So, it can throw me off at times when I have not been here in a while. Lol!

i definitely plan on printing this in the near future, i don't know how to paint figures...especially making them as nice and pretty as this looks! can you hit me a message and tell me how to make it look good?
Thanks! First of all, if you could start by applying a coat of PRIMER paint to even out the surface and make the material opaque, that would be great. Then, apply a thin coat of ACRYLIC paint in the base color using a medium-sized brush. You can always use an airbrush to give a professional finish, but it requires a little more experience. Then, use a liner brush (0 or 00) to add details, keeping in mind that you need to be patient and steady. It's always a matter of trial and error. Let me know if this advice helps. Thanks!!!
