Hi there, I have just checked the files for the giant bullet and they are all working correctly. This model has also been printed numerous times without issue. Files can sometimes not download correctly so it is worth downloading it again and unzip the files before use, you can do this for free. Please let me known if your problem persists.

Hi there, that's an odd message. Download the model again, it will be a zipped compressed folder. You then need to unzip the folder and this will give you access to the models for slicing.

I have checked the folder on Cults and its all good. Sometimes there can be an issue when downloading. Try the download again, as you have paid its free to download again. Then unzip the folder before using the models.

Hi there,

Are you printing the caps in TPU as per the description and instructions? They are designed to be a stretch friction fit and must be printed in TPU. I have a completely different version available that doesn't require TPU but it is a completely different design.

Hiya, yes from the same location. Its one of the good things about cults, if you purchase a file and it gets updated you can download it again free of charge. Slicers change and error detection improves so we have to update files all the time. I hope this helps.

Hi there. Off the top of my head I think you have a 220 x 220 x 250 build plate and I know this design has been scaled by others to that size without issue. Did you straighten the design before scaling and then rotate again afterwards or scale rotated? Did you print with a brim or without?

Hi there, you should have 4 files in the folder. Saber Handle, end cap and two saber blades (tolerance choice). I think the ring you refer to is actually part of the saber blade as it prints together.

Hi there, Thank you for the lovely feedback, yes logos are a bit of a specialty of mine for lightboxes. Re your question about the logo, my process is a bit time consuming so I'm not too interested in doing one offs if you know what I mean. You can find me on Instagram and send me an example of the logo you are interested in and I can review it.

Thank you. I will probably still print more but it’s really weird that there is black where it is inside the body

No black is showing on the painted model apart from where I want it but when you slice it there is a single layer of black between the eye and the teeth. Really odd. I have repainted it three times and the black should not be appearing where it is. It could be an issue with the slicer maybe

Hi there, glad you got them. I will take another look at it and try and further reduce the filament changes but its a quality design and I don't want to change the design too much.

Have you considered reducing the size of the model. Anything under 190 should make you easily sub 400. Not ideal but a workaround at the moment.

Hi there, I will be revisiting this design at some point an have considered a semi jacket bullet for the casing. Off the top of my head I think I just set the seam to the rear and it should print more cleanly.

Basically I just mainly want to use the box and edit the design but also change it to children's cartoon characters aswell

the land rover lightbox, I just wanted to use the boc and create my own designs aswell

Hi there, I have just checked the files and they open OK for me in Bambu Studio, Creality Print and Prusa slicer. The download can be glitchy sometimes from Cults. Download it again and unzip the encrypted folder. You should then be able to open the files without issue. I hope this helps.

Hi there, Sorry to hear you have had a problem. I have just downloaded it from cults and both models open fine for me in Prusa 2.9, Bambu Studio and Creality Print 6

Try and download it again (its free to download it again), extract the files and try again. It could have been a glitch during your first download. This can happen in cults from time to time.
