Yes, that is as i say in my description of the model, it is very sensitive to resizing, this is why i uploaded different sizes for different printer beds, where i manually edited the sizing.

Hello, thank you for the feed back. I don't own an ender, so I'm not entirely sure, but would this not be something in your slicer settings? When I originally released the file, I had a guy telling me that it can't fit on an ender 3 printer, and he advised me on the size, after which he then printed it...this is why I am a bit confused by your comment,

Hello, thank you for your feedback, i do believe this is perhaps an issue with the material used to print.
why i say this is becauset i have noticed (when i printed 2 as seen in the video in grey PLA by CCtree) these are super strong, i can literally swing them around by the tail and it wont break.

however, after this i needed black filament for another project i was working on, i then bought gloss black PLA (E-sun) and since i now had black i thought i would print the xenomorph again, only to find that the black one was quite delicate, in fact most of the things i printed with this black actually broke when trying to fit together snap joints etc (one was even a popular downloaded model where i know it supposed to actually work) - i just couldnt believe that there is such i huge difference in strength between different PLA's.

I also know that Silk materials are in general weaker than regular PLA, the layers for silk and perhaps gloss do not laminate together very well (with high strength), and usually minimal force is needed to break them.

If I had to guess, it would be bed adhesion or leveling slightly off, this does need to be quite accurate. I would suggest enabling z hop, to stop the nozzle hitting any parts. Worst case would be adding minimal supports, just to give more bed contact area. But z hop should work.

Similar issues. Instead of a raft, I ended up doing a 12 line brim and that solved the problem. It's just a lot of weight and movement for very small contact points. Was annoying to detach after but it printed so who cares.

1. you need to split the model into objects (done with the big O button on the top toolbar, next to the P)

This step is done one at a time. Right click the body part that you want to add brim, menu comes up choose add settings, skirt and brim. (so you need to do all legs, head and body..)

Tick brim type and brim width.

on the right hand side panel (where it shows object name) you will see skirt and brim, click this and at the bottom of that panel will be settings for how thick you want the brim, change from 0, to what ever you want.
