I purchased 3 keychain cutters from you yesterday and they will not print correctly. The stitch cutouts are misshaped and leaving tiny strings/threads between each of them. I have changed a few settings, but have wasted a lot of filament in the process, and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? I'm already out $10.20 and had a lot more of your designs saved for future purchasing, so I really hope there's a way to fix these. Design numbers: 2174304, 2401673, and 3907946. Please help! Thank you!

These files do not print as pictured. The taper to a sharp cutting edge is nonexistent. I’ve wasted so much pla with all your files.

Thankyou for your slicer setting. Can you share your tips on printing the stitches for these cutters. I am sure it is the Z seam alignment that i keeping them from printing properly.Sincerely, Kyleen
