Yesterday I purchased Komika axis and fornite Text alphabet I keep getting errors trying to import some of the fortnite letters to tinkercad the letter D is one of them is there a fix for this. let me know if there is thanks.

Hi there.
If the font is classified as TC (Tinkercad Compatible), all the letters should be importable without any issues.

Could you let me know which font you acquired? If it is TC, I should be able to resolve the problem.

Hello,
I was away this weekend and have only now seen your email and the images you sent.

It’s clear that the issue is not with the STL files — the shapes are correct and the letters are exactly as intended.
The problem is likely related to other parts of the 3D printing process. It could be a clogged nozzle, a cooling issue, or perhaps you're using a different filament type that requires specific settings. Even a new spool of the same material can behave differently.

What’s certain is that the issue has nothing to do with the STL model itself — the geometry is all there.
You can even try uploading the photos to ChatGPT and ask for an analysis; you'll likely get a diagnosis pointing to printer settings or hardware issues, not the STL.

It might be something in your slicer settings or a physical problem with your printer.
I’ll keep supporting you via email as best I can, but I can confidently say that the models I provided are not the cause of what you're seeing in those photos.
