This download contains the complete S3 Sorting Inserts Set.
The S3 Sorting Inserts expand the system with a fully independent functional box concept.
Thanks to their square base geometry, standardized dimensions and thoughtful design, the inserts can be stacked inside all available S3 box heights and easily removed using the integrated lifting pin.

The integrated pin serves a dual purpose:
- comfortable removal from S3 boxes
- secure closing mechanism for the specially developed lids

This allows the inserts to be used with or without S3 base boxes.

On their own, they form compact, stackable functional boxes with lids – ideal for mobile use at the workbench or on-site.

The inserts are available in four different internal layouts, providing efficient organization for small parts such as screws, nuts, electronic components or workshop accessories.

Whether:
- stacked directly on the workbench
- stored inside S3 system boxes
- or used individually with a lid for transport
the S3 Sorting Inserts deliver maximum flexibility, clear organization and a consistent system logic.

Designed as a true extension – fully compatible, fully modular, and built to grow with the S3 system.

🔧 Benefits of the S3 Standard Sorting-Insert System

It is based on a unified 6 cm / ≈ 2.5" grid and focuses on functionality, durability, and print efficiency.

All components follow a fixed modular logic, allowing boxes, lids, feet, and base elements to be freely combined and stacked — with or without lids.

Thanks to the consistent grid, the entire system remains fully compatible and expandable without re-measuring or special solutions.

All S3 components follow a clear and consistent system logic:

• limited base sizes
• defined heights
• consistent interfaces
• full cross-compatibility

Technical and functional advantages:
- print-optimized wall thicknesses for 0.2 mm layer height with a 0.4 mm nozzle
- allows printing at very high speeds
- robust lid construction with a simple but extremely stable locking mechanism
- optional base system extends S3 beyond the boxes themselves for non-slip storage in: drawers, organizers or mobile workshop solutions

Double-size boxes are available with different internal divisions:
- half split
- 1:2 split
- triple split

The S3 system was developed from real workshop needs and is continuously expanded.

S3 is designed as a system, not as a standalone model.

All extensions remain compatible and follow the same logic.

The S3 system is print-optimized for the following parameters:
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
- Layer height:
- 0.2 mm recommended
- 0.15 mm ideal for feet
- Wall lines: 3 (results in solid walls)
- Top / Bottom: 3 / 3
- Infill:
- 25% grid, or
- 45% lines
- Supports: not required

Notes:
- These parameters allow printing at very high speeds
- All models are already oriented in the optimal print orientation
