The S3 System is a modular sorting solution designed for real workshop environments.

It is based on a unified 6 cm / ≈ 2.5" grid and focuses on functionality, durability, and print efficiency.

All components follow a fixed modular logic, allowing boxes, lids, feet, and base elements to be freely combined and stacked — with or without lids.

Thanks to the consistent grid, the entire system remains fully compatible and expandable without re-measuring or special solutions.

This download contains the complete S3 Double Box base set, designed as the backbone of the S3 system.

With their extended 12 × 6 cm (≈ 5" × 2.5") footprint, the double boxes offer significantly more flexibility than square modules and are ideal for sorting bulkier parts, longer components, or mixed hardware.

Thanks to multiple internal division variants and consistent height options, the double boxes integrate seamlessly into the S3 grid while covering a much wider range of real workshop use cases.

- Layer height:
- 0.2 mm recommended
- 0.15 mm ideal for feet
- Wall lines: 3 (results in solid walls)
- Top / Bottom: 3 / 3
- Infill:
- 25% grid, or
- 45% lines
- Supports: not required

Notes:
- These parameters allow printing at very high speeds
- All models are already oriented in the optimal print orientation
