You can split the objects in your slicer software and delete/keep whichever ones you want.
In Simplify3D select the objects and then go to Mesh>Separate connected surfaces
In PrusaSlicer select the object and click the "O" button on the top toolbar labelled "Split to objects"
In Cura you need to install a plugin called MeshTools, then once installed, right click on the model select MeshTools>Split model into parts
