Hi there, I purchased your cactus plants and have been trying to download the file. Every time I try it gets to the last couple of seconds and dumps and I get an error message 'No permission" I have tried both files and can't get either to download. Have you seen this issue from any other users?

To answer your question directly: no, I have not seen this "No permission" error reported by any other users.
Have you already reached out to the support staff so they can look into your account's download permissions? I highly recommend contacting them, as I am currently unable to see a record of this purchase under your username on my end.
Hi, I've purchased your Asian Temple bases. I was just wondering if you offered a blank base, with your magnet slots in the base still? and also if you took commissions to expand on sets you already have?

About commissions: it really depends on the set. I'm pretty swamped keeping up with the monthly drops for Patreon and Tribe, so I have to fit commissions in when I can
Thats amazing, thank you! Thats understandable about the commissions, I will have to take a look at your monthly releases. 5 25mm bases per set isnt alot but with the scatter terrain, Im sure i can make it work :)

I noticed that the collection mentioned 100 STL files in the collection but there are only 75 files. The 25 files for the unsupported underside cut Bases (AR_FCxx.stl) are missing. could please update the collection and send me the remaining files?

Hey your Graveyard Base Pack description on the pictures is a bit misleading. It says 60x35 6x but theres only two variants. Might want to change that picture out :)

Hi! Sadly no, at the moment those are just the only tropical/jungle trees I have made so far
Do you have (Necropolis Base Set) unsupported? I would like to scale some of them in various ways and also print some in PLA.

To be honest, I don't have plans for an Ancient Invader Vol. 2 Bases in the near future, as my designs are already scheduled until July 2025. However, since I've started reworking previous bundles like Hive, Trench, and Sewer, I can't rule out the possibility of working on it at some point. If that happens, I'd be more than happy to notify you!
Regarding the painted version, it would be really cool if you could upload them in the "Makes" section of the Ancient Invader bundle you linked in your message.

I didn't have time to rework this very set. However on Myminifactory there is The Hive set 2 including the 28.5mm bases
Have you been able to add the other sizes the other comment asked about. currently 28 is not an option
