Hi as of the morning of sunday the 18th of august. My account has been hacked and multiple back to back fraudulent purchases were made from my account. I have changed my passwords and a new card is being sent to me. Payment is currently pending (my bank says I can not place a fraud claim until the process is complete), if possible please cancel the purchase orders and if the payment has gone through, would it be possible to redeem the payment. If there is any advice you can offer to resolve the situation or anything you need from me, it would be much appreciated if you shared.

I recently purchased the piano replica files and I absolutely love this model. However, I am facing a bit of difficulty with the assembly of the tongue; it’s quite fragile and easily breaks. Could you share any solutions to this problem?

Additionally, I would like to inquire if it’s permissible to sell physical prints for commercial purposes. Many of my friends are interested in commissioning me to paint this model. If allowed, I would be happy to share a portion of the commission fees with you.

I ordered the Morphing Mimic Chest and prints fine but I'm having a lot of trouble with the eyes. I can't seem to bind it properly. Either it tears, or it rubs against the upper teeth. In general, I saw that in the implementation examples, one of the authors(EclipsCosplay) adapted the model in such a way that the fishing net is no longer needed. The author of the remake can share their solution, but I would need your permission. Could you please contact him and add his modified model to your project?

I adore the old wizard tower with the removable hat. Is there any chance you could make the interior path slightly larger? A few of my d20s fit in the top opening but get stuck before coming out the sleeves. I really like the overall size though, so I don't want to make it larger overall, it fits perfectly on my A1 mini as it is.

i ordered the dice tower wizard and the wizard prints fine but the textured tray and textured hat say that the file is not water tight im kida new to this so not sure how to fix it could you help please?
