One user needed stl files as well with the 3mf files provided so added a stl files folder in it. There are no design updates just added stl folder.

I will upload the stl files to the product catalogue itself and you can download it again after update. Or you can use prusa or bambu slicer to open 3mf files and export files as stl.

I’m really sorry for the trouble you’ve experienced. We’ve thoroughly checked everything and uploaded the correct Drift Pad files this time. There were multiple iterations during development, and because some file names were similar, an incorrect version was accidentally uploaded. We’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again. You can create a vertical cut in between the sleigh and reindeer in slicer itself so that you will get 2 different objects and you can change color accordingly then. i also have 4 color printer so I printer reindeer in skin color and then hand painted it to brownish, you can try this method as well. Thank you.

Yeah I know about the vertical cut, but I have to repaint everything myself then. This ist exactly what I was asking for 🤣 and I think others will benefit from that as well. Because the info that you handpainted the reindeer yourself was not in the description.

One looks at the photos and thinks, it's the final result he gets and then while slicing he recognizes it's not possible with standard ams... 🤔🫣

So I was able to print everything however, i noticed that the files i was able to download for this print, its missing the 3 end pieces of the bottom parts of the spike where the arrows are. Please send me that file so I may complete this.

a whole year later and this project is still incomplete .. i honestly at this point want my money back for this file. I've wasted money on buying all the electronics for this, asked you countless times for help and a diagram and all i got was incomplete instructions and no help. really feeling like this file is a scam tbh. Why charge people more for this file when its not even complete with actual clear detailed instructions. Reading everyone elses comments on here tells me you still aren't helping people finish the project. ANYONE WHO IS ACTUALLY READING THIS, DONT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY! WASTE OF TIME.

If i dont hear back from you or get a refund in the next couple days, i will report a complaint about this through cults3d and eventually get my refund. DO THE RIGHT THING.

For the app interface, you will need to follow the setup shown in the video tutorial, as this part requires interacting directly with the Blynk app interface, which can’t be fully explained through text alone.

This is a fairly advanced project that involves electronics, coding, and app configuration. I have always mentioned in the product description that the file should be downloaded only if you have prior knowledge of electronics and coding. All the required STL files, code, and wiring instructions needed to complete the build are included. If you are struggling with the app interface then you can use a simple switch to make it work manually without app. If you need any more help please let me know.

I really just would like a refund please. Its been a year and there was a complete lack of help and support for this project that im no longer interested nor needing this project anymore. I've already reached out to cults3d support but would rather be refunded sooner than later.
