I just checked my Patreon account, TinyKingdom, and at the moment you are still listed as a free subscriber, not a paid member. That’s why you cannot see or download any models.

Since you already showed me your PayPal receipt, it seems there may have been an error in how Patreon processed your payment. In this case, you will need to contact Patreon Support directly and let them know that although you paid, your account is still showing as a free subscriber. They can fix this for you.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to change your subscription status from my side – the issue is entirely on Patreon’s side.

Once your subscription is corrected, you’ll immediately get access to all the downloads.

I hope this helps clarify things.

As soon as you joined Patreon, you should have been able to download 10 Welcome Pack models using the link that was automatically sent to you. If for any reason you couldn’t access or download them at that time, no worries!

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been. There was a brief one-month pause between releases, but starting today, everything is back to the regular schedule. In fact, the first sneak peek of this month (Flexi Tiny Dachshund) was released today!

All upcoming models will be available directly through Patreon, and the download links will be easy to access — you won’t need to worry about navigating anything complicated.

Thank you so much for reaching out and giving me the chance to look into this. I’ve checked my sales records, and for the date you mentioned (April 3rd, 2025), there was only one purchase of the Flexi Tiny Tiger from your account — no duplicate charges appear on my side.

I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Normally, I would happily refund the amount myself, but since more than a month has passed since the purchase, the “Refund Customer” option is no longer available for me in Cults3D's system. At this point, you'll need to contact Cults3D support directly so they can assist you with this issue.

Still, I don’t want you to feel disappointed. As a small gesture of goodwill, I'd be happy to send you any other model from my store for free — just let me know which one you'd like.

Thanks for reaching out! The Flexi Tiny Raccoon model has been thoroughly tested and should print correctly with the right settings. It sounds like there might be an issue with your Bambu Lab AMS color assignments.

To fix this, try these steps:
1️⃣ Open the 3MF multi-color file in Bambu Studio.
2️⃣ Check if the colors are correctly mapped to the right AMS slots.
3️⃣ If everything looks good but it still prints in black, try manually reassigning the colors in the slicer before slicing.
