When you make your pressure molds, how do you account for the gap created by the kydex when making the negative (the top) side?

On your Beretta PX 4 Storm compression mold there is an issue. The little tear drop shape on the frame needs to be blocked out. The firearm cannot be drawn out of the holster. See the area above the trigger guard on the frame. That swooped area on both sides needs to have a channel to travel trough.

Hello. I am writing in reference to "SPRINGFIELD HELLCAT IWB COMPRESSION MOLD". I would be machining this product out of HDPE on a CNC Router. I use the program Aspire from Vetric for CAD and CAM. Will I have to resize the file in component before machining or can I open the file directly and it already be sized precisely?

I bought a model from you (ARCHON TYPE B 3D SCAN by ShamanHolsters), but there are major problems with printing it.
AutoCAD shows that it is empty inside—that's not the biggest problem.
After printing, you can see that it is in several parts that fill the supports. It is not a uniform model like the others I buy.
Have you checked this model? Did you print it yourself?

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I pressed my first holster with one of your compression molds and it turned out flawless. I will be buying more in the future for sure. Amazing.

With the OWB compression molds, do you just press the kydex with foam over each side of the mold and then put the 2 pieces of kydex to together? I understand how the taco version of this works but I would just like some clarification. I would love to see a video of this type on your youtube channel. Thanks.
