Hi! For the Cherry Blossoms collection, what color filament did you use?

Hi there, thank you so much for your interest. For the prints of the Cherry Blossoms Collection, we used a White PLA Max by CC3D (they also have a cool white, we used the warmer one), with a Light Pink Matte PLA from Overture. Unfortunately, I cannot find the pink one from Overture anymore here in Japan; the closest substitution I could find is eSun Matte PLA Peach Pink. Have fun Printing!

Where does the round platform get saved to in windows when downloaded?

Hi there. The location of downloaded files depends on how your browser is configured. Look into your browser settings to see where the files are currently being downloaded, or to change that location. Good luck with it.

Hey there, thank you for your message, and sorry to hear that you feel that way.

All of our designs are properly tagged so they can be easily found or excluded from searches. To exclude us simply add “-Printable Objects” or “-Infinite Containers” to your search. For example, searching for "Planter -Printable Objects" will exclude all of our designs from your search for planters.

We properly and accurately tag and keyword our designs so they can be easily found by anyone, or excluded from your searches. The tags “Printable Objects” and “Infinite Containers” allow people to specifically look for, or exclude those terms from a boolean search. Example: flower vase -printable objects

Why have you tagged so many items incorrectly as "gridfinity"? Your infinite containers are not all designed to match those standards, and it is making it difficult for anyone to find designs matching the actual standards

Some of our Infinite Containers are tagged with "grifinity" because it is a similar FREE system, and we thought people who like Gridfinity might also be interested in our system. Please use a boolean search to exclude our Infinite Containers and get more accurate results. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are really sorry about the inconvenience and the late reply, we are just doing our best to contribute to the community.

Although there doesn’t seem to be a feature on Cults to block a specific designer, you can filter us out of boolean searches by adding to your search “-printable objects” (exclude all of our designs) or “-infinite containers” (exclude all Infinite Containers components and sets). For example, you can search for lamps and filter out all of our designs with the following search: lamp -printable objects.

Hello, Any reason why you removed the RACK WITH LOUVERS ARR156-xx and left the other formats? I would love to get my hands on those ones, if possible. Thanks a lot

Hello Bart, thank you very much for your message and for your interest in our designs.

We discontinued the Infinite Containers 156 series in favor of the new 162 series, which better fits our plans for the product line's expansion.

Only a few pieces were ever published of the 156 series, we will email those files to you directly.

We suggest you switch to the 162 series if you plan to add to your set and expand it in the future. Louvered racks for the 162 series be available shortly.
