Desearía haceros una pegunta. De los modelos 3D que ofrecéis en Cults, ¿Tenéis derechos para poder comercializarlos?. Concretamente, los de Mazinger Z?. El personaje y todo lo referente a Mazinger Z fueron creados por Go Nagai en 1972, y los derechos patrimoniales pertenecen actualmente a Dynamic Planning Inc. (Japón) y, en algunos territorios, a licenciatarios (por ejemplo, Toei Animation para el anime).
Según el Convenio de Berna (art. 2 y 7) y la ley española (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, arts. 10, 17 y 46), los derechos patrimoniales duran 70 años después de la muerte del autor. Go Nagai sigue vivo, así que los derechos están plenamente vigentes.
¿Habéis pedido permisos por escrito a la compañía?. Es sólo una pregunta. No pretendo nada más que saber que es lo que vosotros pensáis del tema. Yo he estado creando modelos basados en Mazinger Z y los he descolgado de Cults por ese temor de no cumplir con la ley de protección de propiedad intelectual. Les he enviado un correo pidiento su permiso pero no he tenido respuestas.

j'ai récemment fais l’acquisition de ton modèle Bardock, merci pour la qualité, il est incroyable.
En revanche, un seul fichier m'embête à l'impression. Le fichier "base.stl" est compliqué à imprimer et dès la 2eme couche, l'impression ne ressemble déjà à rien.
As tu connaissance de ces difficultés ? Si oui, as tu des instructions spécifiques d'impression à me donner ?
