I purchased the human heart model but the base has the word Valentine on it; could I simply get the model without any lettering on the base?

Hello,
I'm new to the whole 3d printing thing and bought your file last night in hopes of making a cute valentines gift. however your print isn't working for me.
i have the ender 3, is this specific to a particular printer?
ive attempted to print this 3 times, turning off and on the printer, rehoming it, the foundation isnt sticking to the bed and then when the nozzle overlaps it, it just balls up and gets drug along with it. can you fix this and send me the new gcode? if not id like a refund, it makes no sense to buy something i cant use.

Hey there,
Thanks for showing your interest in this model. I can understand it would be frustrating if you would spend on something and it won't work. Here's what you could do, try to use supports and raft for better adhesion. It's one of my bestsellers and the model is completely fine i can guarantee. try this method and if it doesn't work then you can just reply me back I'll raise the refund no issue.
