Good morning,
I just purchased the Retro Floppy Disk. However the file is in one color?? I thought the colors were set already?? is this an error or an i missing a file. I got the solid colored floppy, the stand and a 3mf file. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Purchased the eclipse file, but upon opening it in our slicer it states it needs repaired, as it does with almost every file I've used. I let it repair, but when it did the model was altered. The moon piece had a right triangle shaped piece out and the sun piece lost the entire center.
We're very new to 3D printing, but this is the first time we've seen this with a model.

I can say that is probably due to it being designed as multiple bodies to be used for the bambu labs slicer, you should be able to use the Bambu Lab Slicer or PrusaSlicer to view and re-export the files if you need. In the meantime I have uploaded my 3mf file that can be opened in the bambu slicer. If you continue to have issues with the model please send us another message and we will refund your purchase. We also maybe able to better assist if you let us know what printer and software you are using. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi, I noticed in your gamecube model you do not have prime tower enabled. Is that intentional? Thanks!
