hello i bought a file and it doesnt seem to work on any slicer program ive tried please get back with a possible solution
can u explain more what is the issue you're facing
Hello thank you for the reply I tried opening the file in bambu studio and cura and both of them say there is no obj. Or art. Format available for the zip
most slicers sometimes show that message when the ZIP isn’t fully extracted.
Please try unzipping the file again using WinRAR or 7-Zip, then open the obj files inside the extracted folder.
If nothing shows up or the ZIP looks empty, let me know and I’ll re-upload a fresh file for you right away.
hi i was wondering why some of your models show a pokeball but the title says its something different?
u are right i will update them because of a mistake
Just follow up with the whistle and design. Even though you say you can print this on a Filament printer, that is not true. The supports Inside . The supports all pop off inside the skull as you are printing it. Also, i do not see how you are going to remove ALL of the supports from inside (yes you need to have a few due to the head needing something to hold on to). They will not come out of the mouth piece very easily. I have not tried this on my two other resin printers but am imagining removal of the supports inside the skull will be hard as well. Pretty design but not thought out well. Thanks.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I really appreciate it.
You’re absolutely right — internal supports can be tricky, especially on filament (FDM) printers. The design was originally optimized for visual quality rather than printability, and your experience highlights exactly what needs improvement.
I’ll review the internal structure and update the model to make it easier to print on both filament and resin printers — particularly focusing on better support management and internal access.
Thanks again for your patience and for pointing this out. Your input helps improve the design for everyone.
Hello I am having issues printing this part as it is not able to split into objects, I am also unsure how the gears are supposed to work since there is only one shaft connecting two gears.
Hello! 👋
Thanks for your message. The model was designed as a single static display piece, so the gears and shaft aren’t functional or separate for movement. It’s not intended to be split into individual working parts.
If you’d like, I can prepare a version with separated components for easier modification or mechanical use — just let me know what format you prefer (STL or OBJ).
Hi, i would like yo buy your stl file for the skull stl, but i need to sell it, would be 5 pieces, could we discuss on the eventual price of the file to sell? https://cults3d.com/:3361714
Hi! 👋
Thanks for your interest in the skull STL.
Yes, a commercial license can be arranged if you plan to sell printed versions (limited to 5 pieces).
purchased file it is too large to open. any help is appreciated. thanks
Hello 🙂, thank you for your purchase! The file is quite detailed, so some programs may struggle to open it. I recommend trying a slicer or 3D editor like Meshmixer, Blender, or PrusaSlicer, which handle large STL files better. You can also reduce the file size by decimating the mesh if needed.
I use chitubox and I am relatively new to this hobby. I do not know how to reduce the file size or how to decimate the mesh, not even sure what that is.
Hi, the file mentions "embedded gemstone placeholders, allowing for a truly customizable and stylish final piece" ... unfortunately the files I downloaded do not have embedded gemstone placeholders.
Could I please be sent the correct file?
Thanks
Hello 🙂, thank you for your message. The model is provided as-is, and the gemstone placeholders are part of the mesh design rather than separate holes. They may appear subtle depending on the software you’re using. Could you let me know which program you’re opening the file in so I can guide you to locate them?
Hi,
your Terracotta Death Whistle | Screen-Accurate Horror Sound Prop is extremely small ( like few milimeters max), could you, please, check your file and fix it?
With regards

Hello 🙂, thank you for your message! The model was scaled down in the STL file for preview purposes. You can easily scale it up in your slicer to the desired size before printing. Let me know if you’d like recommended dimensions for a more accurate final size.
Hi! the model description says it's articulated but the file is a single stl, not articulated - is it possible to get the posable version please?
Hello 🙂, thank you for your message. The model is a single solid STL and is not articulated. There isn’t a posable version available, as the listing shows a static design.
I am sorry for you explicitely mention articulations in the description:
"Key Features: Articulated joints for dynamic posing and play"
Please refund my order.
Hey, the details on the blade of the Arcane Shadow Blade aren't showing up in my slicer program. The model seems low ploy with no fine details, even though the render on the website has details. Did I somehow get the wrong file?
https://ibb.co/Hpt1RKP8
Here's a picture of the blade in my slicer program.
The fine details you see in the preview images come from rendered textures, not from actual geometry in the STL.
The printed file is pure geometry only, so it won’t include those texture-based surface details.
The STL you downloaded is the correct one.
