Hi I recently bought and downloaded the daisy bloom container file and have not been able to successfully print it. Every time I print it, the bottom is too small and does not fit into the top. For the price I paid it should not need to be edited by me, it should be ready to print from download. Please let me know how I can get a refund or offer another solution.

Hi, I bought the end of the hoard bookend and when I print all I’m getting is glob of filament come out, or it starts a print and then stops extruding…. I’ve tried 2 different printers and 3 different types of filament. Is there something I’m missing?

Hi, I bought this "Yarn Keeper Yarn Bowl and Hook Case". Unfortunately, the screw doesn't fit the head. The diameter of the head is too large. Is there an adapter available? Otherwise, I'll have to drill a hole in the head and glue the screw in somehow. Best regards

Yes, once the modular parts are assembled, they can be moved. To make moving easier, simply press the module that has the mark.

so i have now tried several times, and when the download get to about the 650 of 696mb, it tells me to chech my internet connection ( ive checked it repeatedly and there is no issue) and when i resume the download it that point, it says the file isnt available on the site.
