I've tried multiple times to fix this on my end even by changing the speeds and it still comes off the plate unfinished ruining the print.

Sometimes, after extracting the ZIP file, the STL files might be inside subfolders — could you check if there are any folders within the one you extracted? They’re often organized by part or version.

If you still don’t see any .stl files, feel free to send us a screenshot or let us know the name of the model you downloaded — we’re here to help and will make sure you get everything you need. 🙌

Hi there! Just downloaded the Bright Art Collection and the owl seems to have some bad geometry. When I go to slice the plate in orca slicer its all kinds of messed up. Anyway you can fix that?
