ik denk dat je bestand dan gewoon niet correct is, probeer eens te wisselen van programme, als je nu prusa gebruikt , probeer cura dan eens of andersom. Gebruik wel support.

Last week I ordered your nice DickWidth design and I tried to print it with a lot of different settings, but unfortunately, it doesn't slide at all. Would it be possible to try one of your other designs? For the length for instance?

Yes , sure . But pls note i have actually printed this successfull myself, . Perhaps your printheD is to close to the plate (then the bottom of the print will widen out a bit. Or the printhead itself is getting old. But anyway, happy to give you another . Pls give me some time at the moment not behind a pc.

I recently purchased this model, but unfortunately it has been very difficult to use. The bumper gets pushed, making it hard to press the power button, and the handheld unit turns off frequently.
I spent $40 on this for a coworker, and since it doesn’t work properly, I’m now out $40. As a college student, this is a significant expense for me, and it’s disappointing that the product doesn’t function as expected.
Could I kindly request a refund? Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

Hi Josh , first of all sorry t read that! Pls note the option in cults itself to press “Refund” is gone for me since the purchase was over a month ago , but i like to fix what you are facing.could you send me an email using the same email as mentioned in below comment or in the model instructions ? If you can add a picture and some comments then i can understand a bit better what is your issue so I can fix it. If you want i could also send you the model including printed bumper then.
