Do you have a link to what ceramic rings you use for the incense?
I RECENTLY PURCHASED ONE OF YOUR PRINTS AND FOR SOME REASON IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PRINT, IT KEEPS SAYING THAT IT HAS NO BOTTOM LAYER. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THIS ITEM.
