Ahh, no, it's not articulated. You can print the parts in the open position, or the closed position. You can't open and close it later, sorry. Maybe one day I will try to make and articulating version.

Hi, I think most of my models would work ok for HO scale. They might be less detailed than the high end manufactured models, But I think they would be ok for most people. Having said that, I haven't tried printing them at that scale.

Technically, there is no reason why not. I think it would probably look OK. It's just maybe a little low detail, but might be fine. It would be your own personal decision, though.

Hello, they are designed to not have a bottom, maybe you are printing them upside down ?

No, I'm printing right side up, there isn't a bottom and the top puts down a few lines across and then stops.

Any suggestions as to why the top doesn't print? other than that I love your design.

I honestly have no idea, maybe something odd in the slicing software. I have seen that it is advised to rotate prints to try to avoid horizontal surfaces. So rotating maybe 20 degrees in 2 directions so you basically have one corner sticking up above the rest might help. At this point, YouTube is your friend.

Is there a way to add the bottom of the containers???

I didn't add a bottom because shipping containers are almost never tipped upside down. (Well, not on purpose.) Also, adding a bottom makes them much trickier to print. I guess you could print them as a solid block, but that's a lot of wasted resin.

Hi, thanks for purchasing :) Yeah that sure is a tricky part, I will take a look at making a smooth version and add it to the pack, but I can't guarantee when. It might be a little while till I get the time to do it. As for display stands, I don't have them at the moment, although it's a good idea and something I will definitely try to get to soon.

I purchased your axle sets the tandems and triples with duals and super singles. I cannot get it to print worth a darn. The tires look like they have warts. Any suggestions?

I am by no means an expert when it comes to 3d-printing, but it sounds like you are getting scars from the supports. I would suggest re-orienting the stl´s so that the scars appear on areas that are not visible. other than that a little sandpaper can help.

Hello, I think they would be ok if you scaled them up to HO scale, they might be a little low detail, but probably would work fine. I won't tell you they will definitely look great, but they should be ok.
